Program name and description
The Durfee Plumbing & Heating SMS Program may send messages related to a customer’s request or account, including scheduling, appointment reminders, technician-arrival notices, estimates, service updates and support. Applicants may separately opt in to recruiting and interview updates. Customers may also separately opt in to occasional marketing messages, seasonal reminders, offers and company news.
How to opt in
Visit the Durfee service-request form, provide your mobile number and actively check the optional box for the specific type of text messages you want to receive. The service-message and marketing-message choices are separate, blank by default and not required to submit a service request or purchase services. Applicants can separately choose recruiting texts on the Careers form.
By checking an SMS consent box and submitting the form, you authorize Durfee Plumbing & Heating LLC and its service providers to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number provided for the selected purpose. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, account activity and—if separately selected—marketing program activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any Durfee text message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may also use recognized opt-out words such as CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message.

Supported carriers and delivery
Text messaging may not be available through every carrier or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to messaging aggregators and service providers only as needed to operate the program. Review our complete Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and number ownership
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian and must be authorized to use the mobile number submitted. Tell us promptly if your number changes or is reassigned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our messaging programs or applicable requirements change. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised terms, but you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
