Straight answers. Skilled work.
Cape Cod properties bring their own challenges: salt air, seasonal shutdowns, older piping and mechanical rooms, humid summers, winter cold snaps and heavy guest use. Durfee evaluates the whole situation, explains practical options and provides an up-front price before approved work begins.

Multi-residential work requires consistency across units and close control of risers, stacks, common piping, equipment, fire-rated assemblies, inspection sequencing and finish schedules.
