One home, several demand points
A Dennis new-residence proposal included multiple bathrooms, two laundry locations, a kitchen and a pool cabana with a bathroom and outdoor shower. Those connections belong in the hot-water and piping review before final equipment selection.
A basement manifold and a separate cabana branch
The proposed water distribution used home-run lines from a central basement manifold, with a water-service connection to the cabana. The scope also called for gas-load sizing and routing after mechanical equipment was selected.
Coordination before installation
Fixture locations and the cabana connection were subject to the final plans. Heating and domestic-hot-water equipment were to be addressed in the HVAC scope, with electrical and excavation responsibilities identified separately.
